OUR ADVENTURE EDUCATION
You won’t find us on Everest or in any ultramarathon record books—but we’ve spent years exploring the intersection of mental wellness and outdoor adventure. Our qualifications don’t come from medals or world records—they come from lived experience, thoughtful planning, and a whole lot of learning by doing.
We’ve hiked, biked, backpacked, and camped through wild places and challenging terrain, both on our own and with our kids in tow. We've weathered unexpected storms, wrong turns, gear failures, and plenty of moments where we questioned what we were doing—only to come out the other side stronger, closer, and more grounded.
Over the years, a few of our adventures have taken us up Haleakalā, around the full West Maui Loop, and across the Icefields Parkway in Canada by bike. We’ve hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc through France, Italy, and Switzerland, summited Mt. Olympus in Greece, and backpacked through the wilds of Montana. We've explored Havasupai, and backpacked the NāPali Coast more times than we can count.
Alongside our backgrounds in mental health counseling, these experiences have given us a deep appreciation for the way challenge and nature work together to bring out resilience, clarity, and connection. We’ve seen it firsthand.
You can feel confident with us as your adventure guides. We know how to create meaningful, safe, and supported experiences that invite just the right amount of stretch—where transformation often begins.
This isn’t about being elite athletes. It’s about showing up, again and again, for growth, connection, and a good challenge—and helping others do the same.
